SYNDICATE

Sound: Pummeling riffs, metal god vocals and monster hooks; Priest is back
Notes: Frontman Rob Halford’s first album with the band since 1990’s tremendous Painkillericon. In the meantime, Judas Priest released two albums with Ripper Owens on vocals and Halford fronted the bands Fighticon, Two and Halfordicon.
Heavy Rotation tracks:Demonizericon“; “Revolutionicon
Medium Rotation tracks:Hellridericon“; “Deal With the Devilicon“; “Judas Risingicon
Recommended: To all who crave golden-throated, dual-guitar-driven, classic Metal. There are extremely few new ideas on here, but after a 15-year hiatus it’s great to hear they can still sound as good as they did in their heyday.
Grade: B
