ChemicalBrothersOn July 17th, The Chemical Brothers will release their sixth studio album, We Are The Night. It’s been 2-½ years since their last record, Push the Button, but thanks to the ubiquitous use of that album’s first single (“Galvanize”) in a Budweiser Select commercial, it kind of feels like they never went away. Frankly, though, I was never too big of a fan of that song or Push the Button. So I’ve been hoping for some improved Chemical Brothers output, and what I’m hearing so far is promising. Check out three of the tracks from We Are the Night and watch the video for the first single “Do It Again.”

Hear “All Rights Reversed”
Hear “Das Spiegel”
Hear “Do It Again”

Watch “Do It Again”

As always The Chemical Brothers collaborate with an intriguing and unlikely mix of artists. This time around, the most notable are Brit dance punk revivalists Klaxons on “All Rights Reversed” and hip hop veteran Fatlip (best known as a member of 90s rappers The Pharcyde) on “The Salmon Dance.” See below for the complete tracklist:

No Path To Follow
We Are The Night
All Rights Reversed
Saturate
Do It Again
Das Spiegel
The Salmon Dance
Burst Generator
A Modern Midnight Conversation
Battle Scars
Harpoons
The Pills Won’t Help You Now
