Sound: A mix of loose roots rock (think early Wilco), ragged barroom punk (think The Replacements) and bright, wistful 60s pop (think The Lovin’ Spoonful).
Heavy Rotation track: “Technology”
Medium Rotation track: “Violet Furs”
Recommended: The classic and familiar sounds on Give ‘Em All A Big Fat Lip make for an easy and enjoyable listen. Just don’t look for anything too groundbreaking on here.
