Sound: A high energy, super snappy, rock dance party with touches of new wave, glam, punk and disco. The production and energy is rawer than their debut album, but the slight increase in aggression does little to obscure the unbridled pop fun.
Playlist Partners: At least one element of nearly every song is strikingly reminiscent of another band – including The Cars, The Knack, Weezer, Spacehog, The Hives and Franz Ferdinand – but the end result is uniquely OK Go.
