SYNDICATE

Sounds: A modern, more hedonisitic version of early Elvis Costello and the Attractions (bouncy bass, smoky nightclub piano lines and downtown chic
rock);
Ziggy Stardusticon-era David Bowie (folky acoustic rock, dramatic piano chords and glammy falsetto); Introspective, The Whoicon-inspired, mid-tempo rock of Guided By Voicesicon (which isn’t their strongest suit)
Heavy Rotation track: The Two Sides of Monsieur Valentineicon
Medium Rotation tracks:I Summon Youicon“; “The Beast and Dragon, Adoredicon“; “I Turn My Camera Onicon
Recommended: They have a great vibe, an air of hipness, and as always, they’re good for a few hits, but they tend to get a little repetitive and dull over the course of an entire album.
Grade: B-
